Föreningen har haft svårigheter att få parkeringsplatser uthyrda, och har därför fattat beslut om att sänka hyreskostnaden per garageplats till 1 780 kronor/månad.
För de företag och boende utanför föreningen, som önskar hyra garageplats av oss, kommer samma hyresavgift att tas ut, 1 425 kronor + moms = 1 780 kronor/månad.
I och med hyressänkningen hoppas vi att fler kommer att hyra garageplats av oss, och att våra höga kostnader, som tomma garageplatser medför, sänks.
Garageägaren Green Group har som utlovat städat garaget, och utfört flera säkerhetsåtgärder för att göra garaget säkrare mot inbrott, och för att minska risken för stöld.
Administration av garageplatser och parkeringsplatser utomhus, och kölistor, hanteras idag av Nordstaden.
