För att säkerställa brandsäkerhet och tillgänglighet i våra gemensamma utrymmen vill styrelsen påminna om följande:
🚫 Inga personliga föremål får förvaras i trapphusen och utanför våra lägenheter i korridoren.
Detta gäller alla typer av saker, såsom:
- Cyklar
- Barnvagnar
- Skor
- Dörrmattor
- Möbler eller andra personliga tillhörigheter
Trapphusen ska alltid hållas helt fria från föremål. De fungerar som viktiga utrymningsvägar vid brand.
Föremål som ändå ligger kvar trots denna uppmaning, kommer att plockas bort och kasseras.
🗑️ Avfall och grovsopor får inte lämnas i trapphus eller andra gemensamma utrymmen.
Allt avfall ska omedelbart transporteras till kommunens miljöstationer eller återvinningscentraler.
Dessa regler är obligatoriska och följs för allas trygghet och säkerhet.
Vi ber alla boende att respektera detta och omedelbart ta bort eventuella föremål som förvaras felaktigt.

The stairwells must always be kept completely clear, as they serve as essential evacuation routes in case of fire.
Any items left in these areas despite this notice will be removed and discarded.
🗑️ Waste and bulky items must not be left in stairwells or other common areas.
All waste must be taken directly to the municipality’s recycling stations or waste collection centers.
These rules are mandatory and are in place for everyone’s safety and well-being.
We kindly ask all residents to respect these regulations and to immediately remove any belongings that are stored incorrectly.
