Efterbesiktning kommer att genomföras i de lägenheter som hade anmärkningar vid 2-årsbesiktningen, för att kontrollera att felen är åtgärdade.

Hej medlemmar!
Tyresö kommun kommer att utföra vägarbeten på Bollmorabacken under vecka 16.
Arbetet sker enligt följande:
• Måndag 13 april – fräsning av befintlig asfalt
• Onsdag 15 april – läggning av ny asfalt
Under dessa dagar kommer framkomligheten att vara begränsad och vissa trafikstörningar kan uppstå. Observera att det inte kommer att vara möjligt att parkera i parkeringsfickorna längs Bollmorabacken under arbetets gång.
Vi ber er att vara uppmärksamma på skyltning och planera därefter.

Dear Members,
Tyresö Municipality will carry out roadworks on Bollmorabacken during week 16.
The work will take place as follows:
• Monday, April 13 – milling of existing asphalt
• Wednesday, April 15 – laying of new asphalt
During these days, accessibility will be limited and some traffic disruptions may occur. Please note that parking in the parking bays along Bollmorabacken will not be possible during the work.
We kindly ask you to pay attention to road signs and plan accordingly.

Hej medlemmar,
Styrelsen vill tydligt påminna om att all andrahandsuthyrning måste anmälas i enlighet med föreningens stadgar.
Styrelsen har uppmärksammat att det i flera lägenheter finns personer folkbokförda där lägenhetsinnehavaren själv inte är bosatt. Detta räknas som andrahandsuthyrning och ska alltid anmälas till styrelsen.
Exempel på situationer som betraktas som andrahandsuthyrning är bland annat:
Uthyrning som inte har anmälts till styrelsen strider mot föreningens stadgar. Föreningen kan i sådana fall ta ut avgift retroaktivt för den tid som uthyrningen har pågått.
Vi uppmanar därför samtliga medlemmar att omedelbart säkerställa att eventuell andrahandsuthyrning är korrekt anmäld.
Om du har missat att anmäla uthyrning ber vi dig att snarast komma in med din anmälan. Information finns på föreningens hemsida eller via mejl till styrelsen.

Dear Members,
The Board would like to clearly remind all members that any subletting must be reported in accordance with the association’s bylaws.
The Board has observed that in several apartments there are individuals registered at the address where the apartment owner does not reside. This is considered subletting and must always be reported to the Board.
Examples of situations that are considered subletting include:
• When an apartment is owned by parents but occupied by their child.
• When an apartment is owned by a company but occupied by one or more individuals. This is always considered subletting, regardless of who lives in the apartment (e.g., a company director, a relative of the director, or an employee of the company).
Subletting that has not been reported to the Board is in violation of the association’s bylaws. In such cases, the association may charge a fee retroactively for the period during which the subletting has taken place.
We therefore urge all members to immediately ensure that any subletting is properly reported.
If you have failed to report a subletting, please submit your notification as soon as possible. Information is available on the association’s website or by contacting the Board via email.

Dear members,
We hope everyone is doing well despite the cold and snowy start to the year. We would like to inform you about some ongoing matters and projects in the association:
Locks for the waste containers have been ordered and will be installed before the end of March. No new tags or keys are needed. The hope is that the containers will then only be used by members and that the areas around the stations will remain clean and tidy.
New waste sorting law (January 1, 2027) means that the association needs to apply for a building permit for three double waste container shelters. These are planned to be located between entrances 19 and 21. The building permit application has been submitted.
Mobile antenna: The board has signed an agreement with a mobile antenna company. The antenna will be installed on the roof of building 17 and will provide the association with a fixed annual income.
Filter replacement: This year’s filter replacement is approaching. HSB will provide detailed information in good time, including when and how the locks will be put into service mode.
Finances: The association’s finances remain stable and strong.
Fire alarm test in the garage: On Tuesday, March 3, between 08:00 and 10:00, the fire alarm in the garage will be tested. The alarm will be activated intermittently during the test. No evacuation is required. More information will be posted in the garage and stairwells.
