Styrelsen vill härmed dela med sig av några aktuella punkter som rör vår förening:

• Tvåårsbesiktningen har nu genomförts. Vi inväntar för närvarande besked från NCC om när de identifierade bristerna kommer att åtgärdas. Vi återkommer med mer information så snart vi vet mer.

• Sophanteringen har tyvärr fortsatt att vara en utmaning. Styrelsen har tillsammans med hjälpsamma medlemmar, hjälpts åt att hålla rent runt sopkassunerna, men problemen kvarstår. En åtgärdsplan är under framtagande, och vi återkommer med vidare information inom kort.

• Filterbyte har genomförts under sommaren och hösten. Nästa planerade filterbyte är i februari 2026 – vi återkommer med exakt datum när det närmar sig.

• Garageplatser: Samtliga platser i vårt garage är sedan början av september uthyrda. Den som önskar ställa sig i kö kan skicka ett mejl till:

Slutligen vill vi rikta ett stort tack för ert engagemang och den fina uppslutningen under städdagen! Det är verkligen glädjande att se så många delta. Vi ser fram emot att ses igen till våren med samma härliga energi!

Dear Members,

The Board would like to share some current updates regarding our housing association:

• Two-Year Inspection:
  The two-year inspection has now been completed. We are currently awaiting information from NCC regarding when the identified issues will be addressed. We will provide further updates as soon as we know more.

• Waste Management:
  Unfortunately, waste management continues to be a challenge. The Board, together with helpful members, has been working to keep the area around the waste bins clean, but the problems persist. An action plan is currently being developed, and we will share more information shortly.

• Filter Replacement:
  Filter replacements were carried out during the summer and autumn. The next scheduled filter change is planned for February 2026 – we will provide the exact date as it approaches.

• Garage Spaces:
  All spaces in our garage have been rented out since early September. If you wish to join the waiting list, please send an email to:

• Lastly, a big thank you for your engagement and the great turnout during the cleaning day! It’s truly wonderful to see so many participating. We look forward to seeing you all again in the spring with the same fantastic energy!

Hej medlemmar!

Vi vill vänligen informera om att cykelställen vid vändplanen kommer att tas bort, då marken där de står tillhör Brf Solhöjden.

Vi ber därför er som har cyklar parkerade där att flytta dem till cykelställen i garaget. Det underlättar för oss alla och ser till att cyklarna står tryggt och säkert.

Vi vore tacksamma om detta kunde göras så snart som möjligt, gärna innan den 29  augusti.

De cyklar som står kvar i cykelställen efter ovan datum kommer att lossas och lämnas kvar.

We would like to kindly inform you that the bicycle racks at the turning area will be removed, as the land they are on belongs to Brf Solhöjden.

We therefore ask those of you who have bicycles parked there to move them to the bicycle racks in the garage. This will make things easier for everyone and ensure that the bikes are stored safely and securely.

We would appreciate it if this could be done as soon as possible, preferably before August 29.

Bicycles that remain in the racks after this date will be detached and left behind.

Påminnelse och uppdaterad information om asfaltering av gångbanan på Bollmorabacken

Vi vill påminna om att kommunens entreprenör kommer att asfaltera gångbanan nästa vecka, enligt tidigare information. Arbetet sker:

• Måndag 25 augusti, med start omkring kl. 12:00 och pågår fram till cirka kl. 20:00
• Tisdag 26 augusti, då arbetet fortsätter från morgonen tills gångbanan är färdigasfalterad

Vi ber om ert tålamod och förståelse för de störningar detta arbete kan orsaka, såsom buller eller begränsad framkomlighet. Målet är att få en tryggare och mer trivsam gångbana för alla.

- Skador orsakade av eget bruk eller felaktig skötsel.
- Förändringar som gjorts av lägenhetsinnehavaren.

- Fel som finns med i tidigare utförd slutbesiktning.

The property will undergo a warranty inspection between August 25, 2025 – August 29, 2025.
The purpose of this inspection is to identify any defects or issues that have arisen during the warranty period since the completion of the property.

Schedule:

  09:00–13:00 (floors -2 to 0)
  14:00–18:00 (floors 1 to 3)

• Bollmorabacken 19 – August 26
  09:00–13:00 (floors -2 to 1)
  14:00–18:00 (floors 1 to 3)

• Bollmorabacken 21 – August 27
  09:00–13:00 (floors -2 to 1)

Important information:

• Only defects that have occurred during the warranty period (from the final inspection until now) will be addressed.

• Defects already noted in the previous final inspection report.

How to report defects

Please submit your defect report at:

Följande information har kommit styrelsen till kännedom:

Vecka 33 och 35 kommer hyresgäster att flytta in i de nybyggda husen "Atlas" på Bollmorabacken. Kommer att medföra problem med framkomlighet.

Vecka 35  informerar Kommunen om att asfalteringsarbeten kommer att utföras på gångbanan vid Bollmorabacken.

Arbetet omfattar sträckan från Bilia, i korsningen vid Njupkärrsvägen, hela vägen upp till vändplanen högst upp på Bollmorabacken.

Arbetet planeras att genomföras under , måndag och tisdag.

Hello,

The following information has come to the attention of the board:

In weeks 33 and 35, tenants will move into the newly built houses "Atlas" on Bollmorabacken. This will cause problems with accessibility.

In week 35, the Municipality informs that asphalting work will be carried out on the footpath at Bollmorabacken.

The work covers the stretch from Bilia, at the intersection at Njupkärrsvägen, all the way up to the turning area at the top of Bollmorabacken.

The work is planned to be carried out during , Monday and Tuesday.
